Information Practices
Columbus State Bank collects, retains and uses information about our customers only to enable us to provide products and services to you. We do not sell nonpublic personal information about our customers to third parties for their independent use.
Employee Access
Columbus State Bank’s employees are educated on the importance of customer privacy. Our customer’s information is protected and only those employees that have a need for this information have access to it.
Disclosure of Customer Information
We do not disclose or provide information about our customers or former customers to unaffiliated third parties unless such disclosure is (1) requested or authorized by the customer; (2) necessary to complete a transaction authorized by the customer; (3) made to a reputable credit bureau, other financial institution, or merchant in accordance with standard banking industry practice; or (4) required or permitted by law or regulation.

Links
