Instructions:
To access information you will need your social security number or your tax ID number. The last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number or tax ID number have been assigned as your initial security code. The first time you access your account you will be required to change your security code to any other four digit number.
Customer Disclosure
**Customer agrees to safeguard his/her PIN (Personal Identification Number) and keep it confidential. If customer provides his or her PIN to another person in violation of this agreement, it may be possible to make transfers and/or obtain account information and the customer will be liable therefore. Any unauthorized or suspicious transactions must be reported to the Bank immediately for investigation.
